The Role

As our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic execution, ensuring every business decision is backed by actionable intelligence. Your work directly fuels our global scaling by turning raw numbers into the roadmap for our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable data products by acting as the strategic liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Architect intuitive dashboards and reporting suites that empower departments to track performance autonomously.

• Drive data literacy across the organization, mentoring non-technical peers on leveraging BI tools for daily decision-making.

• Uncover growth opportunities by interpreting complex datasets to provide proactive, consultative recommendations.

• Ensure data alignment by collaborating with the Data team to maintain high-quality, reliable data outputs.

• Optimise resource allocation by identifying and prioritising the highest-impact analytical projects for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence, ideally within a fast-paced or hybrid environment.

• Advanced SQL skills and professional proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, looker Studio.

• Strategic communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong business acumen, with a track record of identifying stakeholder needs and delivering data-driven solutions.

• Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science).
