PR Specialist

The Role

As our PR Specialist focused on Thought Leadership, you will be the architect of Holafly’s executive voice, transforming our internal expertise into global influence. You’ll directly impact our market authority by positioning our leaders as the definitive voices in travel-tech and connectivity.

  • Executive Presence: Define and align the unique tone of voice and strategic messaging for our C-suite across all public platforms.

  • Media Mastery: Secure high-impact interviews in Tier-1 media and provide hands-on coaching to prepare leaders for press interactions.

  • Strategic Ghostwriting: Craft compelling LinkedIn strategies, keynote scripts, and op-eds that position our team as disruptive industry thinkers.

  • Editorial Leadership: Own the "Holafly Inside" blog, managing the content calendar and drafting opinion pieces that showcase our internal culture and expertise.

  • Global Stages: Identify and secure speaking engagements at top-tier international conferences, managing the end-to-end speech preparation process.

  • Brand Advocacy: Scale our influence by training team members to become brand ambassadors through structured content frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Executive Communications or PR within a global tech or scale-up environment.

  • Exceptional ghostwriting skills, with the ability to adapt to various personas and complex technical topics.

  • A track record of securing earned media and managing relationships with international business journalists.

  • Native-level fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Spanish is a big plus.

Good to have

  • Additional language proficiency is a significant plus for our global markets.

  • Experience managing internal corporate blogs or newsletters.
