The Role
As our HR Operations Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our Medellín hub, ensuring a world-class employee experience through seamless administrative execution and proactive office management. Your mission is to bridge the gap between global strategy and local operations, creating an environment where our team can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Streamline the Onboarding Journey: Own the logistical lifecycle of new hires, from agreement creation to account provisioning, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Optimize Hub Operations: Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and facilities to maintain a high-functioning, organized, and inspiring physical workspace.
Champion Employee Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for local queries, educating the team on benefits and resolving concerns with agility.
Elevate Internal Culture: Lead the logistical execution of wellness activities, team-building events, and local celebrations that drive engagement.
Facilitate Global Mobility: Coordinate local logistics, transportation, and hospitality for visiting international team members.
Master Administrative Precision: Oversee PTO tracking, certificate issuance, and payroll inputs to ensure 100% operational compliance.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR operations, office management, or administrative roles within fast-paced environments.
B2 English Proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse, global teams.
Technical Fluency in Google Workspace and Advanced Excel for data management and reporting.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills with a proven ability to negotiate with vendors and support internal stakeholders.
Local Presence: Ability to work on-site at our Medellín office to manage physical operations.
