The Role
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business strategy, ensuring every product decision is backed by deep human insights and market context. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, reducing risk and unlocking new global growth opportunities through data-driven storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Align research initiatives with high-level business goals to de-risk strategic product decisions and drive global scalability.
Identify market opportunities and knowledge gaps, proactively proposing research that fuels innovation and product-market fit.
Lead end-to-end mixed-method studies, triangulating qualitative insights with behavioral data to provide a 360-degree view of the user.
Influence the product roadmap by translating complex data into compelling narratives that mobilize Engineering, Design, and Product teams.
Facilitate co-creation workshops to ensure user insights are integrated into the backlog and actionable for cross-functional squads.
Optimize research operations by selecting the most efficient methodologies for generative discovery and evaluative validation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Strategic UX Research, ideally within a high-growth tech or scale-up environment.
Mastery of mixed-methods research, with the ability to blend qualitative findings with quantitative metrics (analytics, support data).
Strong storytelling and facilitation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary workshops.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, allowing you to conduct research and present findings to a global team.
Proactive and empathetic mindset, featuring high self-awareness and the ability to give and receive respectful feedback.
