Company Overview
Holafly is a high-growth scale-up revolutionising how businesses and travellers connect to the internet abroad. Since 2018, we’ve empowered travellers in over 200 destinations worldwide with secure and reliable eSIM solutions. With a team of 600+ professionals across multiple countries, we are scaling globally to support travellers with seamless, unlimited data connectivity. We’re not just connecting people—we’re enabling freedom and peace of mind, ensuring our users stay connected from the second they land, wherever their journey takes them.
The Role
In this role, you own the eSIM Supply Chain. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital inventory, ensuring we never miss a sale due to stockouts. You will leverage sales data and performance results to place precise orders with providers, managing the full lifecycle of telecommunications identifiers and numbering plans to maintain a seamless flow of connectivity for our travelers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain 100% availability of eSIM assets across all regions, ensuring that "Out of Stock" never happens for our global travelers.
Manage the full purchasing cycle with eSIM vendors, from placing technical orders to ensuring the successful delivery and integration of batches into our systems.
Regularly audit digital stock levels against sales velocity to identify and mitigate potential shortages before they impact the business.
Collaborate with the Growth and Sales teams to translate market trends and seasonal peaks into precise eSIM volume requirements.
Analyze SIM lifecycle data and "burn rates" to optimize the timing of new orders and minimize wasted or expired technical identifiers.
Track and report on supply chain KPIs, such as order lead times, stock turnover, and provider fulfillment accuracy.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for eSIM providers, holding them accountable to SLAs and managing technical delivery timelines.
Technical & Professional Skills
Professional Background: 5–6+ years of experience in Telco Supply Chain Operations or Connectivity Resource Management, with a proven track record of managing global SIM/eSIM inventory and procurement cycles.
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Proficiency in using historical sales data and growth trends to predict future stock needs. You should be able to calculate "Safety Stock" levels and "Reorder Points" to prevent outages during seasonal travel peaks.
Inventory Lifecycle Management (Digital Assets): Experience managing the end-to-end flow of digital products. In a telco context, this means understanding how an eSIM moves from a "Reserved" state to "Active" and eventually "Expired" or "Deactivated."
Vendor & SLA Management: The ability to manage relationships with global eSIM providers and SIM manufacturers. This includes holding vendors accountable to Lead Times (how long it takes to deliver a batch) and ensuring they meet technical delivery standards.
Logistics Process Optimization: A "Lean" mindset focused on reducing waste—such as identifying underutilized SIM batches or optimizing the "burn rate" of digital identifiers to improve the company's bottom line.

About Holafly
During a trip to Thailand, Pedro and Lidia, the founders of Holafly, experienced the frustration of not having an internet connection.
Inspired by their own experiences, they came up with a simple but brilliant idea: why not allow travellers to buy data plans for any destination from their home country?
Our passion for providing easy and convenient connectivity to travellers around the world drives everything we do.
We love our work and we do it with pride. Stay connected wherever you go.
