Role
We are looking for a Head of CRO to build and scale a best-in-class experimentation engine across web and mobile apps.
This role goes beyond traditional CRO. You will own how we experiment, release, and optimize user experiences at scale, with a strong focus on mobile apps (iOS & Android).
You will leverage feature flags, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing systems to continuously improve conversion, user flows, and product experience.
You will operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Engineering, driving fast iterations that directly impact revenue and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the CRO & experimentation program across app and web
Lead mobile-first optimization, improving conversion across app journeys
Implement and manage feature flag systems to enable fast, safe releases
Design and run high-quality A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
Identify friction across the full funnel: onboarding, purchase, upsell, retention
Deep dive into user behavior: funnels, cohorts, drop-offs, session analysis
Drive continuous improvements in UX, usability, and conversion flows
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship experiments fast
Build and lead a cross-functional CRO team (experimentation, analytics, ops)
Establish a company-wide experimentation culture (speed + rigor)
Define clear measurement of impact on conversion rate and revenue
Qualifications
8–12+ years in CRO, Growth, or Product Growth roles
Strong experience optimizing mobile apps (iOS & Android)
Proven track record improving conversion at scale in B2C products
Hands-on experience with feature flags (e.g. LaunchDarkly, Firebase, Statsig)
Strong expertise in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation systems
Deep understanding of UX, user behavior, and funnel optimization
Experience working closely with Product & Engineering teams
Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.)
Fluent in English
