The Opportunity
As our Senior Revenue Assurance & Fraud Detection Analyst, you will be the guardian of our financial integrity, ensuring that every byte of roaming data is accurately accounted for and protected. Your mission is to mitigate leakage and outsmart fraud in a complex, multi-carrier global ecosystem to directly safeguard Holafly’s profitability.
What You'll Own
End-to-End Roaming Governance: Oversee the full NRTRDE and TAP file lifecycle to ensure seamless data exchange and 100% billing accuracy across international partners.
System Evolution: Lead the implementation and optimization of our Fraud Management System (FMS) and Revenue Assurance tools by design and implement advanced controls.
Financial Integrity Reporting: Deliver high-impact analysis on revenue leakage and fraud trends to drive data-backed decisions at the leadership level.
Regulatory & GSMA Compliance: Ensure all roaming operations and documentation strictly align with GSMA standards and internal CRM protocols.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with roaming collaborators and technical teams to troubleshoot data exchange issues and support service testing.
What We're Looking For
Senior-Level Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, or Billing Settlement within the Telecommunications industry, specifically focused on International Roaming.
Telco Foundations: Proven track record in a Senior Analyst or Lead role at a Global Telco.
Proven Impact: Experience transitioning a function from manual reconciliation to automated Fraud Management Systems (FMS.
Technical Skillset:
Must-Have:
Advanced SQL: Proficiency in querying complex relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata) to extract and analyze large datasets (CDRs, billing logs, and financial transactions).
Big Data Ecosystem: Experience in processing and analyzing massive volumes of data (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based data warehouses) for real-time monitoring.
Advanced Data Visualization: Expert-level command of Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Pro, focusing on building automated financial dashboards and KPI tracking.
Financial Data Analysis: Solid experience in financial reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, and analyzing revenue streams within high-volume transaction environments.
Nice-to-Have:
OSS/BSS Knowledge: Understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle and how mediation systems translate network events into billable revenue.
Telco Fraud Awareness: Technical familiarity with network signaling (SS7, Diameter, 5G) to identify patterns like Interconnect Bypass (SIM Boxes) or Roaming Fraud.
Scripting for Automation: Basic knowledge of Python or R to automate repetitive data validation tasks.
