The Role
The Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for owning and delivering high speed growth of our delivery teams. The delivery team comprises of SWE, Data and Product teams. This is a great opportunity for a tech recruiter to come in and have a quick impact in a fast scaling product company.
Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume tech roles, maintaining a consistent pipeline of bar raising candidates.
Master sourcing channels to identify and engage talent, focusing on speed and quality.
Drive high-standard delivery by meeting ambitious headcount targets while ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience.
Coordinate efficient interview loops, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure a fast-paced and professional selection process.
Maintain data integrity within our ATS, providing clear visibility and reporting on funnel health and bottleneck identification.
Collaborate with hiring leads to unblock and move with focus and urgency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in scaling tech and product teams within Europe.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage 15+ active openings simultaneously without losing quality.
Heavy reliance on Sourcing on LinkedIn recruiter or other modern AI platforms.
Resilient execution mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments where hitting targets is the primary focus.
Strong communication skills, ensuring candidates and internal stakeholders stay informed throughout the process.
A natural problem solver who can identify gaps and brings solutions to the table.
Good to have
Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
Previous Tech Sourcing experience.
