The Role
As our Affiliate Manager for Holafly Plans, you will be the driving force behind our global expansion, taking full ownership of the affiliate strategy for our newest products. Your mission is to accelerate international growth by building a high-performing network of partners that positions Holafly as the top choice for global connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Scale international markets by identifying and onboarding high-impact affiliates across the travel, finance, and insurance sectors.
Drive proactive outreach strategies to secure long-term partnerships with key influencers and industry players in Anglophone regions.
Maximise channel ROI through data-driven decisions and continuous performance monitoring of your partner portfolio.
Design and execute bespoke growth plans for new Holafly products, ensuring a competitive edge in the affiliate space.
Optimize partner performance by providing creative assets and strategic insights that increase conversion rates.
Measure and report on the direct impact of the affiliate channel on Holafly’s global revenue goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is essential for global collaboration.
+5 years of proven experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within the travel, fintech, or insurance industries.
Analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn insights into profitable growth actions.
Experience in Anglophone markets, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional affiliate landscapes.
Bonus Points
Previous experience in the Travel Tech, Fintech, or Subscription sectors.
Professional proficiency in Spanish.
Familiarity with Affiliate Platforms or CRM tools.
