About the Role
The Product Designer is responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. They combine strategic thinking, visual craft, technical understanding, and data analysis to create usable, consistent, and scalable products in close collaboration with product, development, growth, and data teams.
Main Responsibilities:
User understanding and product strategy: Translate insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable, and prioritised design problems. Participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders to align solutions with product OKRs or KPIs. Analyse research insights (UXR, data, or internal feedback) and turn them into informed design decisions. Contribute to product strategy with a user-centred perspective.
UX Design (Architecture and Experience): Design the logical and narrative structure of the product: flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user flows. Ensure a consistent experience across screens, devices, and touch-points. Apply discovery methods and rapid validation techniques to enhance the user experience.
UI Design (Interface design): Design end-to-end interfaces (desktop, mobile, responsive) applying the principles and components of the Design System. Data & Experiments: Interpret behaviour metrics (heatmaps, scroll maps, A/B tests). Make data-informed decisions based on experiment results. Iterate on the design according to success metrics, qualitative feedback, or experiment outcomes.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, development, growth, data, and marketing teams to identify UX/UI optimisation opportunities
Documentation and hand-off: Deliver clear and complete documentation, including functionality, expected behaviour, and use cases. Communicate the design rationale and maintain order and traceability in design files.
Key Competencies
System thinking: Ability to connect visual decisions with the overall product strategy.
Clear communication: Articulate ideas effectively, defend design decisions, and adapt to different audiences.

About Holafly
During a trip to Thailand, Pedro and Lidia, the founders of Holafly, experienced the frustration of not having an internet connection.
Inspired by their own experiences, they came up with a simple but brilliant idea: why not allow travellers to buy data plans for any destination from their home country?
Our passion for providing easy and convenient connectivity to travellers around the world drives everything we do.
We love our work and we do it with pride. Stay connected wherever you go.
