Affiliate Activation Specialist-Plans
Drive creator growth at Holafly: prospect new affiliates and QA-review their content from outreach to activation. Fluent English, HubSpot skills, and top-tier organization required
Company Overview
Holafly is a high-growth scale-up revolutionising how businesses and travellers connect to the internet abroad. Since 2018, we’ve empowered travellers in over 200 destinations worldwide with secure and reliable eSIM solutions. With a team of 500+ professionals across multiple countries, we are scaling globally to support travellers with seamless, unlimited data connectivity. We’re not just connecting people—we’re enabling freedom and peace of mind, ensuring our users stay connected from the second they land, wherever their journey takes them.
The Role
As our Affiliate Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for turning signed partnerships into successful, scalable growth channels. You will own the partner journey from onboarding and launch through to ongoing activation, ensuring every collaboration is effectively integrated across Holafly’s marketing ecosystem and delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Prospecting: Execute massive outreach campaigns (3,000+ emails/week) to discover, contact, and qualify new bloggers, creators, and publishers across various niches (Travel, Tech, etc.).
Lead Qualification & Dispatching: Act as the first point of contact for new prospects. Qualify hot leads and dispatch them to the correct Account Manager (DAE) for negotiation.
Content Validation (QA): Review, approve, and provide feedback on partner content (videos, articles, social posts) in English and Spanish, ensuring strict adherence to Holafly’s brand guidelines, briefs, and accurate promo code usage.
Partner Onboarding Support: Assist new affiliates with the initial registration process on platforms like Impact, ensuring a smooth technical setup.
Outreach Optimization: Monitor the performance of your cold email sequences (open rates, reply rates) and adjust targeting or messaging to keep a steady flow of leads.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in partnerships, influencer marketing, sales development (SDR), or content operations. This is a hybrid role covering both creator/affiliate prospecting and content QA review; you don't need to be strong in both, but you should have real depth in at least one.
Languages: Fluent English is required—you'll write to creators and review content in English daily. Fluent Spanish is a strong plus; any additional language (French, Italian, Arabic, etc.) is a bonus.
Extreme Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye. You can instantly spot a wrong tracking link, a missing promo code, or a brand guideline violation in a 60-second video or a blog post
High-Volume Execution: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume work (sending thousands of outreach emails weekly and/or reviewing dozens of pieces of content) without dropping the ball.
Tool Proficiency—HubSpot required: You must be comfortable learning and working daily in HubSpot; experience with Affiliate Platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin) is a plus, not required.
Communication Skills: Strong written communication — clear, concise, professional emails to creators and affiliates.
Extreme Organisation: This is genuinely two jobs folded into one, so being highly organized isn't a nice-to-have here — it's one of the top predictors of success in this role.
Bonus Points
Previous experience in travel tech, fintech, or subscription sectors.
Prior affiliate marketing/affiliate platform experience (not required—prospecting or content-review depth matters more than industry background).
Experience with analytics or SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Ahrefs).
Passion for social media, influencer content, and industry trends.

About Holafly
During a trip to Thailand, Pedro and Lidia, the founders of Holafly, experienced the frustration of not having an internet connection.
Inspired by their own experiences, they came up with a simple but brilliant idea: why not allow travellers to buy data plans for any destination from their home country?
Our passion for providing easy and convenient connectivity to travellers around the world drives everything we do.
We love our work and we do it with pride. Stay connected wherever you go.
