Role Overview

Serve as the operational engine of our global connectivity by guaranteeing 24/7 network resilience while architecting our next-generation telecom infrastructure. You will directly enable Holafly's aggressive expansion by transforming core platform operations to seamlessly support 20M+ users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive network excellence by commanding incident response lifecycles, root-cause analysis, and optimizing core KPIs like latency, throughput, and attachment success rates.

• Architect platform evolution in partnership with Product teams, overseeing SM-DP+ management, device carrier bundles, and eSIM orchestration.

• Accelerate global expansion by leading technical integrations for new suppliers (DRAs, sponsored IMSIs) and managing end-to-end testing for new destinations.

• Lead the Operations PMO to ensure high-stakes infrastructure projects, vendor upgrades, and capacity scaling are delivered flawlessly on schedule.

• Align capacity with growth alongside Strategy, turning commercial forecasts into resilient, future-proof network infrastructure.

• Empower a global team, fostering a high-ownership culture across distributed time zones while serving as the operational bridge to Product, Tech, and CX.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of mobile telecom experience across Network Operations (NOC/SOC), Core Network engineering, or Platform Operations leadership.

• Deep technical expertise in 4G/5G core networks, roaming signaling (Diameter, GTP, SS7), IPX/GRX, and GSMA eSIM standards.

• Proven track record managing critical incident lifecycles, global PMO functions, and high-consequence platform integrations.

• Demonstrated leadership scaling and mentoring distributed, multi-cultural engineering and operations teams.

• Exceptional communication skills in English to influence cross-functional executives and global carrier partners.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with SGP.32, eSIM IoT, or SM-DP+ vendor migrations.

• Expertise in 5G SA roaming (SEPP/N32), IMS/VoLTE architecture, or permanent roaming regulatory frameworks.

• Familiarity with TAP/RAP settlement, roaming fraud controls, or direct carrier negotiations.
